IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The standard check in / check out time is 12:00 Noon.
•  In the event of early arrival of guests, the previous night will be charged as per international hotel policy for all guests arriving prior to 0900 hours.
•  You are requested to guarantee your room reservations. The rooms, which are not guaranteed, will be released after 1600 hours. Thereafter, rooms will be assigned based on availability.
• Special rates will only apply, when reservation originates in writing from your office. Any direct reservation by guests or travel agents shall not be entitled to these special rates.
• All dues must be settled before check out unless prior credit arrangement is established with the hotel.
• Late check out will be extended till 1500 hrs, after that 50% of the rate will be charged till 2100 hrs. Full night will be charged after 2100 hrs.
